Welcome to the YVON wholesale jeweler!

The minimal checkout price is 100 EURO net.

The given prices are net prices and are visible after logging in.

 

 

1. Registration to the site

To gain the access to the site and to be able to place orders, you must register to the site. After registering you'll be able to login to the site and see the price list and our whole offer.

In order to register, it's essential that the Buyer gave the following information that we will use for their authorization, ie. details about the company including first and last name of the person authorized to place orders, e-mail, company's name, street, location, zip code, country, telephone number, fax number, NIP, and REGON.

 

2. Price policy and discounts

The prices of jewelry provided in the online store are net prices to which should be added 23% VAT tax.

The minimal checkout price is 100 EURO.

 

DISCOUNTS - for big orders, discounts are set individually.

 

3. How to order

We sell only to wholesale customers.

If the Buyer decides to buy a selected product, just add a given model of jewelry to the virtual shopping cart. During browsing our offer, the Buyer can at any time change the shopping cart's contents, add something or remove. They can also stop shopping at any time and finish the order later. Our system will remember the contents of Buyer's shopping cart.

To finish shopping you should go to the order preparation stage. After entering the "Shopping cart" a window will pop up where the Buyer will be able to specify the most convenient conditions of the transaction for them.

If the Buyer uses the purchase option for the first time, it will be necessary for them to fill out the registration form and provide the data necessary to fulfill the order. From now on the Buyer will be able to log in. During the next shopping, our system will recognize the Buyer and will make the shopping easier.

Submitting an order by the Buyer is tantamount to authorizing the SILENCIUM company - the only distributor of YVON brand on the polish market - to issue a VAT invoice without having to get their signature.

By placing an order, the Buyer declares that he got acquainted with these terms and conditions, accepts them and is a person authorized to place orders on behalf of the Buyer.

We reserve the right to not implement the order if after verifying your location it turns out that someone in your nearest surroundings has already obtained from us the exclusive right to YVON jewelry.

And vice versa - if you wish to obtain the exclusivity in a given area - please let us know in order to determine the conditions.

 

4. Delivery of goods

The supply of artificial jewelry is based on the order placed with the use of Order Form ("Shopping cart").

The order is placed by a person authorized to place orders on behalf of the Buyer.

We reserve the right to not implement the order when the data provided during registration will turn out to be incorrect or impossible to verify.

For each order, the Buyer will receive a VAT invoice.

The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We try to fulfill all orders on the same day we get them. During the shipping, we arrange the orders chronologically in time in which we receive them.

 

ALL PACKAGES ARE SENT BY A COURIER - the shipping cost starts at 20 EURO.

 

In the case of absence of timely payment of obligations by a Buyer to the Seller, the Seller can suspend the delivery of ordered jewelry or delay it until they receive the payment.

In case if the Buyer refuses to pick up the ordered goods, the Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and to claim a contractual penalty in the amount of 100% of the incurred delivery costs. At the same time, regardless of other provisions, the Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in favor of the Buyer for production-technical reasons within 7 days from the date of its conclusion. In that case, the Buyer shall not be subject to any claims for damages against the Seller.

For orders above 1000 PLN gross price, the shipping costs for a parcel by INPOST courier is free. Free shipping does not apply to clients, who have a discount for a given order.

 

5. Terms of payment

We do not credit our recipients!

 

The Buyer can choose from two payment methods:

6. Warranty

  1.         The Seller gives a warranty on all damage, which is the result of a defect due to reasons inherent in the sold goods for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery to the Buyer. The warranty covers only the original packed goods with all its elements.
  2.       In case that the Buyer finds damage resulting from a defect due to a reason in the item sold, the Buyer is obliged to report a complaint to the Seller within 3 days from the date of purchase through the Seller's e-mail address: yvon@yvon.pl, under the severity of losing warranty rights.
  3.     The seller will decide on the legitimacy of the complaint within 14 days from the date of filing the complaint and sending the product covered by the complaint. If the complaint is considered justified the Seller will either repair the defective product or replace it with a new one or refund the amount paid for it by the buyer (only in case if the repairing/replacing the product will be impossible). The Seller also reserves the right to exchange the goods for another, similar and at the same price and, if the Buyer explicitly does not reserve not to consider this form of complaint.

 

The condition for accepting the complaint is also to meet the following points:

I. Every product should be packed in a separate bag.

II. The product must be complete, if any element is missing, unfortunately, we will not accept the complaint.

III. Every product must be accompanied by:

  •          complaint report (in the case of customer complaints)
  •          handwritten description with the company's stamp (in the case of pre-sales complaints)

IV. Please, describe what is the reason for the complaint!
