Artura Grottgera, nr 3, 33-300, post Nowy Sącz, owning NIP: 7341007277 and REGON: 490757019 ( "us", "our" or "we") running an online store available under an address yvon.pl ("store").

 

[Information about the data source] You provide the data during creating an account, as well as later, in relation to the operations performed by you in the Store.

 

[The need for data transfer] The transfer of data is necessary for the implementation of the agreement that binds us.

  •          NIP (for companies)
  •          REGON (for companies)
  •          Addresses (deliveries and invoicing data)

  •          Bank account number (if payment is made by bank transfer)

  •          Identification data of people with whom you conduct your business (for companies)

 

[Purposes and basics of processing] We process your data for the following purposes:

  •          In order to execute and on the basis of the contract concluded with us (legal basis: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO[1]), which is related with the use of the Store, setting up and managing your account, payments for purchased goods, handling complaints, handling requests, contact regarding the execution of orders
  •          To fulfill our legal obligations related to accounting and tax obligations (legal basis: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO)
  •          In case of :

                                   ·          Analyzing your activity in the online store

                                   ·          Conducting statistics and economic analysis

3) Delete your data: if in your opinion there is no basis for us to process your data, you can request that we remove it.

4) Processing restrictions:You can request that we limit the processing of your personal data only to store it or to perform actions agreed upon with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect data about you or we are processing it wrongfully, or you don't want us to remove it because it is needed to establish, investigate or defend claims; or for the time of filed by you objection to the processing of data.

5) Objection against processing

  •          In order to run direct marketing or profiling; if you use this right - we will stop processing your data for this purpose.
  •          Your data based on a legitimate interest for purposes other than direct marketing; then you must show us your special situation, which justifies the ceasing of processing by us, which the objection concerns; we will stop processing your data for these purposes, unless we prove that the basis for data processing by us is superior to your rights or that your data is necessary to us to determine, investigate or defend claims.

6) Data transfer: you have the right to obtain from us a structured, widely used format which issuitable for machine-readablepersonal data concerning you; you can request us to send this data directly to another entity.

 

7) Complaints to the supervisory body: if you feel that we are processing your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or another adequate supervisory body.

 

[Data storing period] We process your data acquired in relation to the conclusion of the contract for a period of 6 years from the end of the year, in which you made your last purchase in the Store, and your e-mail for marketing needs until the time, you withdraw your consent to use it for this purpose no longer than the abovementioned period of 6 years.
